Primarily developed by Rockstar Vancouver in collaboration with Rockstar Toronto, Max Payne 3 is the third installment in the Max Payne series. As a third-person shooter, players take on the role of Max Payne following the events of the previous games. It was widely acclaimed upon release for its darker narrative themes, and improved mechanics including the introduction of a multiplayer component.
